4. In-Game Currency (Coins)

Trivia Quest features a virtual currency system ("Coins"). Coins are not real money, do not have monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Coins are used solely to access in-game features like skipping questions. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the coin system at any time without liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
